Local Motion

Vermont's statewide bicycle and pedestrian advocacy organization whose mission is to make it safe, accessible, and fun for everyone to bike, walk and roll in Vermont. Our Trailside Center on the Burlington waterfront provides a variety of bike rentals, the Bike Ferry out on the Colchester Causeway connects the Burlington area to the Champlain Islands. We also offer technical assistance on infrastructure and bike-friendly resources for businesses and communities.
