RunVermont supports running as a lifelong activity, most notably through the production of the M&T Bank Vermont City Marathon & Relay (VCM), which is Vermont's largest single-day sporting event! VCM has received numerous national, regional, and local accolades, especially when it comes to the community support for the event and how welcoming it is for first-time marathoners. With the Saturday youth events (M&T Bank Vermont City Two Mile and Mini Marathon) it is expected that there will be 6,000 registrants and 20,000+ spectators over the course of each Memorial Day Weekend.
