Maple Sugaring

In the springtime, when the days get warmer but the nights stay cool, the sap starts to flow and maple sugaring operations go into full swing. Make a short trip over to Shelburne Sugarworks or one of the many local Sugaring operations in the region.  If you haven’t already, you gotta try some sugar on snow, a Vermont treat that is generations old. Be sure to grab a few pints of real Vermont syrup to bring home because you’ll never want anything else on your pancakes ever again!
